- To provide strong organizational structure nationally that focus on providing intervention services for the migrant and refugee women, young women and children from the Asian, African and Middle Eastern background in Aotearoa, New Zealand.

To be the peak body and a specialized lead organization for domestic violence prevention and intervention service within the migrant and the refugee communities nationally.

To strive to maintain adequate quality standards as a lead/specialized agency that can provide refuge/safe house services for the migrant and refugee women, young women, and children from Asian, African and Middle Eastern background in Aotearoa, New Zealand.

To make commitment towards social justice and human rights advocacy nationally and internationally.

To collaborate with the educational institute, government, and non-government agencies for the research/resource development in the domestic violence sector.

To ensure all services are environmentally sustainable, accessible, and inclusive towards gender diversity and disable women and children.

To foster, develop and value the current partnership and strategic partnership, stakeholder relationship with the sector who align with feminist perspectives and values.
